You will need:

Font of choice – I used Monika

Scrapkit called Sweet & Sexy.

Tube of choice. I used Femme Fatale by Keith Garvey. His work can be found at

New canvas size 700x700.
Fill with white

Frame6 resize 80%

Paper 4 resize 70. Paste under frame

Tube resize 90% and paste over frame where desired. Duplicate tube and move under frame.
On frame layer, click inside frame – expand 6 – selections invert and hit delete on paper and bottom tube layers. Deselect.

Tag1 paste over frame at bottom

Element5 resize 40% and paste over tag1 on left. Sharpen – duplicate – mirror.

Bow10 resize 50% then 75% and paste to left of frame.

Element8 resize 60%. Adjust hue & saturation 139  108
Sharpen. Paste over bow.

Flower10 resize 20%. Paste in centre. Mura Meister copies – Encircle – change top three settings to 12  70  70 and leave the rest at default settings.
Move to just above white background.

Flower9 repeat the above. Move under blue flower ring. Resize 97%
Free rotate right 15.

Dropshadow both flower rings and merge down to one layer.
On top layer, resize 75% and move above frame layer ( under top tube ).
On bottom layer adjust blur – radial blur with settings on zoom & radius 30.
Make sure this layer is on top of white background.

Butterfly1 resize 50% then 80%. Mirror.
Paste bottom left of tag. Duplicate – mirror – flip and move this layer below the top tube.

Dropshadow all layers except blurred layer

Crop & resize if desired.
Add copyrights and name.
