Mask84 from Chelle at WSL
Font of Choice, I am using LB Frolic
***Note***
I Sharpen and Dropshadow as I go along to everything which is optional
Lets Begin
Open New Image 700x700
Open Mask 84>Minimize
Paper 3> Copy- Paste as New Layer
Layers> New Mask Layer>From Image>Click Mask 84> ok
Layers> Merge> Merge Group
Open Double Frame> Resize 600x3375> Copy-Paste
Using Magic Wand click inside frames using this color

Flood fill in each Frame> I added some Noise but that is optional
Open Tube of Choice> I opened the Closeup> Copy N Paste into Frame
Make it fit using your Raster Deform Tool> Duplicate>Erase at the bottom so that the tube is still inside frame but the top is outside
Repeat same as above to the other Frame but Mirror the Tube Image
It should look like tag

Layers>Merge>Merge Visable
