Scrap Kit Green from Bea Creations found here
My Supplies (word art) here.
Lets get started!
Open the template from Missy, duplicate and close the original.
Size to 700x700 to give us working space, you can resize later if needed.
Select circle 1, go to select all, float, defloat.
Paste a paper of your choice or use paper 06 and paste as a new layer, invert and delete, delete template layer.
Select circle 2 and repeat steps above.
Select the circle background (inside of the frames we just did), go to select, select all, float, defloat, paste a paper as a new layer, invert and delete, delete template layer.
Paste your close-up tube as a new layer, place this below your largest frame.
Delete anything at sticks out from the frame on the bottom, I left the top of the hat but this is totally up to you.
Drop shadow your tube and large frame.
Select your smaller frame and paste tube again, you may want to mirror your tube so it faces in a different direction. Paste below your small frame and delete anything you don't want sticking out. I selected the inside of the frame, selects and expand by 4, invert and click on your tube layer and delete.
Drop shadow both the tube and your frame layers.
Apply luminance legency to both tube layers or use something you like, this is where you can play around...LOL
Select the circle layer (the grey circle at the very bottom), select, select all, float, defloat, and paste a paper as a new layer, I used paper 08, invert and delete, delete template layer. Add a drop shadow.
Select thin rectangle 1, go to select, select all, float, defloat and paste a paper as a new layer, I used paper 09, invert and delete, delete template layer. Apply a drop shadow.
Select the thin rectangle 2, go to select, select all, float, defloat and paste a paper as a new layer, I used paper 10, invert and delete, delete template layer. Apply drop shadow.
Paste your smaller tube as a new layer and position, add a drop shadow.
Now for the elements, you can either add the elements you like or you can use the ones as I did below:
Open decor 11 and resize 70 percent, paste as a new layer and move to the right top corner, duplicate, mirror, flip and position where you like it. Add a drop shadow to both layers.
Open bling and resize by 70 percent, paste on top of the large frame near the bottom, see my tag for reference if needed. Add a drop shadow.
Open flower12, resize by 50 then by 70 percent, paste as a new layer on top of the large frame, move to the bottom left. See my tag for reference if needed. Drop shadow flower.
Duplicate and move to the other side of tag, see my tag for reference.
Open flower10, resize by 50 percent twice, paste as a new layer on top of flower12, move down to where it is just operlapping, apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and move to the right overlapping the other flower12. See my tag for reference if needed.
Open decor10, resize by 70 percent, paste as the bottom of your tag, see my tag for reference, drop shadow and duplicate, flip and move to the top of the large frame.
Duplicate decor 10 again and paste on the other side if your tube, you may need to mirror and/or flip layer until you have it where you like it. See my tag again if needed.
Open button1 and paste to the top right of your tube, drop shadow.
Add your copyrights and name.
Crop if needed.
Save as a PNG.
