Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background.
Open frame6, resize by 70 percent and paste as a new layer.
Click inside your frame with the magic wand, go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Invert.
Open a paper of choice, I used paper5, resize by 70 percent and paste as a new layer below the frame, position and hit delete on your key board. Apply Penta.com to this layer on default settings (this is optional).
Apply a drop shadow to your frame.
Copy and paste tube as a new layer, erase anything you do not want showing past the frame. I allowed her hand to overlap the top of the frame, this is up to you. Apply a drop shadow.
Open flower7 and flower8, resize the blue one by 30 and the pink one by 25 percent. Paste as a new layers on the left side of the frame. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and position at the bottom right of the frame.
Open element7, resize by 50 percent and paste as a new layer. Position below the flowers on the left side of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.
Open butterfly1, resize by 40 percent and paste as a new layer. Position at the bottom on top of the flowers. Apply a drop shadow.
Open flower5 and flower6, resize the pink one by 30 and the yellow one by 25. Paste as new layers near the flowers on the frame. I hide my pink flower under the blue one just letting the leaves show. See my tag for reference. Apply a drop shadow to flowers. Duplicate and do the same with the other group of flowers.
Open butterfly2, resize by 20 percent and paste as a new layer. Mirror and position on top of the flowers on the left side of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.
Open bow4, resize by 50 percent, paste as a new layer and position at the bottom of the frame. Erase anything that is out past the other elements. Apply a drop shadow.
Open frame7, resize by 75 percent paste as a new layer below the blue frame. Apply a drop shadow.
Open bow10, resize by 30 percent and paste as a new layer on top of the pink bow at the bottom of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.
Open the Sweet word art and paste as a new layer on top of the element. See my tag for reference if needed.
Open a paper of choice and paste as a new layer above the white background layer. Apply your mask to this. Merge group.
Crop, resize if needed.
Add your copyright and name.
Save as a PNG.
You are all finished.
